I really need to put Dharker studio on blacklist. The game is extremely short (probably 1 to 2 hours for a run) There is no gameplay, I thought we would at least have to make the brews (yeah, weird thing to expect for a game with such a name), but no, it's your run-of-the-mill VN with 2 choices from time to time which doesn't really have an impact. The writing... sucks, big time. Sometimes thoughts are indeed thoughts, sometimes (most of the time), we have the name tag, implying those are not thoughts but talks. And sometimes, the name tag isn't even the correct one. Narration is almost inexistent (not really an issue usually), but when it does exist, it constantly switches between first and second-person points of view. There is no variety in soundtracks. Usually, games like these would have some generic tracks and at least one theme by characters. I think I heard two or three tracks. All very high-pitched short loops which made them extremely annoying. I had to put the music vo...

About This Game
As Selene can you make a home for yourself in Wilder Village, make friends and even have some fun as you try and fulfil various villagers potion needs. Get it right and be rewards, but get it wrong and who knows what effect the potion could have on the villagers, perhaps even some sexy results!
The visual novel includes multiple decisions to make which affect the ending and just what can happen at the games conclusion if you can make the place your home.

Were they originally gonna make this game longer but suddenly ran out of budget? In the weeks leading up to the release date they kept posting images on Twitter to tease us about this game. One of them had Selene, Carolyn, and Caitlyn in bed together but then I get the actual game and that never happens. Also the story itself teased at stuff the main character was planning to do but the game was over when we essentially got ONE thing done. The hell man?
If the developer would add three times the content, then the game would be worth the current price of $7.99 As I consider the game overpriced for the current amount of content, I cannot recommend its purchase.
Disappointingly short - it took me less than an hour and a half to play through the game and complete the entire gallery, and it feels like it should be the prologue to a much larger game. And that's really unfortunate, because that larger game actually sounded exciting and interesting. The artwork is nice, but not worth paying full price. Might be worth buying on sale for a buck or two.
-The original developer had a breakdown and passed the project on to Dharker Studios. I like most of Dharker Studios Works but... Dkarker Studious dropped all planned features and turned it into a regular VN because that's what they know best. I've had the game on my wishlist for sometime didn't know about that. Tell after I got the game and played it. -Game was short like an hour -Dharker Studios characters crossover into the story.
This isn't a romance novel. It's a short story across 3 days, about a witch making potions so she can rent a house in a town full of promiscuous lesbians. It looks like there were more than just the two paths I played. However the paths that I did try were so bad and incoherent that I just couldn't bring myself to try to find every single path. The art is nice enough, although the proportions/perspective could do with some work, especially when it comes to breasts being lopsided or changing proportions. The "skip seen text" option doesn't work properly - it skips some, but not others. The story is completely fucked up. It has almost no continuity - sometimes things are missing, sometimes things happen twice, sometimes things that happened are forgotten/ignored.
The first day, Selene went to the stablemaster, told her she was a witch, and the stablemaster denied needing a potion and sent her away. So then she went to the sorceress and made her a potion. Later...
I'll set dislike because of busted price tag, but this game is deeply mediocre. The story feels dull, because its only purpose is to glue together h-scenes, which I do not find enough exiting, it is, because they are too short, even if the textual quality is good... there is 7 of them, however better would be having 2 long ones. And to actually get them you need to fail potion brewing... 4 times, makes sense from story long term perspective. But not to worry, because it is short, even considering 2 global routes. Language is a bit broken, however even so sentence structures are reasonably advanced. Yet the work with subtitles / text are horrible: - Names are not in colour, c'mon just do it, it will be so much more convenient for the player, not only that, but with scenes with 2 unknown characters, where both are named "? ? ?", it is impossible to understand who is speaking. - Protagonist thoughts are written in the same style as her speech lines, I can understand what i...
Another depressing game. It's... fine. I mean, it's a VN - so it's not like there's really any gameplay to damn or redeem it. The art is good, the characters are pretty... but the MC is going to this town to set up a hub for her to explore the wilderness... but the game ends as soon as you buy your house in town (which you do before even setting foot in the wilderness). You're paying for a full-price HVN for what is essentially only the prologue chapter. I was actually thinking about giving this a 3, but the more I think about it, the more this purchase actually pisses me off - everything about this game conspires to make it feel like a scam, which is a damn pity as it actually had the potential to be really good. 1/10
Barely has enough text for a hour of reading but that's not surprising it's a salvage operation by publisher after original Kickstarter dev burned out and abandoned the project that promised actual game and world. "Story" as little as there is of it is basically you arrive to the town and secure your future base of operations and after 3rd day you get booted back to main menu, that's it.
