Let me start off by saying I love stardew and other farm sim games. I saw this and thought, no reviews, only a few bucks, what the hell! First problem, no clear direction or instruction into the game or anything, it just throws you out into the game, no menu or options or control changing on any kind. You walk with right hand stick and snap with left. No option to change hands or smooth motion (oculus) The graphics are very weird, the crops and animals don't look great, but that's normal for VR, but the other farmers or whatever you call them are very very chibi. The worst thing about this game to me is when in came to the actual farming, I thought lets see how the crops work, I purchased some corn and it immediately became planted, fully grown and able to be harvested. I was expecting a small VR stardew or harvest moon, but what I played was a rushed mess that belongs in Early Accesses. I would not recommend this game to anyone in its current state, even for $3.50

A cute and easy to pick up game. My kids can’t get enough of it, seems to have the same creative appeal to them as Job Simulator, the only other VR game they’ve loved as much. Love the way it teaches them about producing something, selling it, working for money. Just wish it had a save game function, so each kid can have their own games, and each build their own farming empires. Would also be cool if you could ride the horses, and if livestock could be bred and sold if well looked after (may be possible, haven’t found out how yet)

For £2.50 it was worth a try, my 6-year-old daughter loves horses and farm animals, plus she's easily pleased and loves VR (Job Simulator, The Lab etc.), so I thought it might be good for her. She spent about 20 minutes trying to get to grips with it but got frustrated and bored. Not worth paying anything for until they sort it out I'm afraid. Disappointed.

"Mixed Reality Ready!" Not sure about that. It could be my controllers but turning and moving were very difficult. Choppy and it seemed to change randomly. The blue movement arrow that would move me, just decides to stop and not work. I just picked this up because I thought it be something cute to play, though I know its aimed at kids. Its a good/cute game, just not sure on the controls, so I unfortunately cant play it Also audio wouldn't play, no idea on that one (looking for a problem on my end)

Despite the negative reviews, my 11 year old wanted to give this a try regardless. She figured she wanted to experience it for herself, even if she knew there were problems with it. So I agreed to purchase it for her so she could form her own opinion. She managed to play this for 20 minutes, until she came to me and said: "The reviewers were right! This game sucks!" I had to grin a little, but overall I have to thank the developer for creating this monstrosity, as it has taught my daughter a valuable lesson, and that is to pay attention to what others have to say! So for others looking to entertain their child with this, don't be duped into buying this game, as it will leave you both disappointed.

Not sure if I recommend this or not. While it is very cheap and will entertain your kids, it has far less soul than you'd think, many of the things you do makes it feel more like a chore simulator and is not very rewarding. Especially the part where you lead animals that have wandered off back to their pen for a little reward, but their pen isn't really a pen, so the animals will just aimlessly wander away anyway, so you just lead animals back, they wander off, repeat. The game works well, movement feels good, they even got throwing right. A better soundtrack and a more rewarding gameplay loop with some clearer objectives would help a lot, but I suppose it would be worth more than 3 pounds at that point hah! Probably cute and fun for small children. Don't come to it thinking it's a vr harvest moon, though.
