Could use more work. It gets really easy once you figure out the perfect ratio for the recipe. All you have to do is slide the temperature up and down depending on the weather the next day and keep the recipe the same. After that, you can level up all the way by day 30 like I did... with 60 days left on the clock. 60 more days of the same thing over and over again... to be fully playable there should be more features added. Actually just encountered a bug the day after the Mayor comes and buys 6 cups of coffee. The customers suddenly stop coming to the shop and there's no way to end the day. Bugs galore in this game. Pass on it.

About the Game
Come, join Maya and Mia as they attempt to restore an old family home, and assimilate into the town of Falling Leaves as you learn to mix the perfect latte to fit the ever-changing weather. Can you become a master barista, and change the mood of an ever-gloomy town?Latte Stand Tycoon is unlike your other tycoon games that require many facets of management in that it is much more casual. It takes its game-play elements from the classic Lemonade Stand, where you have one shot each night to prep the perfect recipe for opening time the next morning.
Raise enough money, and you will be able to restore and decorate your old home, and upgrade your little latte stand into a full-fledged café!
Features:
- Get cues from your customers to see just where you went wrong for the day.
- Raise money to repair and decorate your home.
- Upgrade, open multiple counters, and eventually combine them into a full cafe.
- Unlock and upgrade deliveries via a delivery driver for a little extra cash on the go.

Fun little tycoon game. It's a pretty quick game, but the price reflects that. As another guy mentioned, once you figure out the recipes it gets pretty easy. Still a fun game worth trying out!
A fun retro-pixel graphics game! If you loved the game Lemonade Stand, You'll really enjoy this! Getting your recipe & temperature right (depending on the weather) gives it a good level of challenge! I've played for over 30 minutes now, and plan on continuing later! You get engrossed selling your lattes every day you forget about ordering supplies and run out of coffee halfway through the day.... *FACEPALM* The only bug i've noticed, was i tried to close the game, But there is no exit button, so it made it challenging to close the game, (which the bug has now been addressed and there is a proper "Exit" button) but i REALLY 100% reccommend this game! #InnerRealmStudiosFTW
Neat idea but the execution is severly lacking. As others already pointed out: You spend the first ingame week finetuning the recipies which is somewhat fun. After that it's all downhill. It takes until around day 30 or at max 40 to unlock everything, then you adjust the recipies again a bit and that's it. The story is flimsy at best (the mayor visits a few times) and doesn't even have an actual payoff at day 90. It's even worse: It teases you with a new location but you never get to see it as far as I can tell (stopped playing at day 100). Instead your only option is to continue the mundane task of adjusting the coffee each day and then sit there mindlessly watching your money pool rising since you can't spend it on anything but milk, spice and coffee.
I have almost played 4 hours of this game, and I find it amazing! I enjoy the graphics and music of this game. Once i was able to figure out a few things, I managed to not get to frustrated. The weather really does make a diffrence in this game. Then there is the mayor with an eye patch....the mystery in figuring out why! Overall, this game is great and puts casual games to an amazing level. A++++++++++ https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=KveTPtkPOIA
Zero instructions, minimalist graphics and sound, not recommended as is.
Love the game so far, I've played for a few hours and its been awesome. The sprites are fantastic, I love the look of the character portraits and everything. Definitely makes me think of an old school pixel game which I love very much. The popularity meter really works well too as it becomes apparent the more popular you become and the weather is awesome seeing all the different changes it makes and that it actually works as well! I 100% recommend this game! It's been awesome so far and I plan to continue playing it and becoming and even better Latte master. :D
Simple and engaging, well worth the price, I'd say. There are a couple of bugs - seems to crash on exit instead of exiting properly, which is fairly minor. Also a fairly serious one with buying upgrades - I was on day 20 or so and had enough money for the $450 stand upgrade, and when I bought it, I went from around $500 to -$2000. Sooo...that was a game ender, right there - couldn't buy new supplies or anything on future days. I noticed it would let you purchase to a negative, for some upgrades, but it was always fairly minor - ending at -20 or so - but this had to have been a bug. Still, fun enough for a couple of bucks. A couple of minor nitpicks - the bleep sound for selling a latte is really shrill. And though pixel art, it looks like it only has 4-5 pixels. It's pretty hard to tell what's going on during a sale day, which doesn't matter a ton, since it's just the same resources each day, really.

Note: This review will be edited once Valve fixes the carriage return problem with Steam. Apologies for the lack of paragraphs, I blame Valve. Seriously, for some reason, all paragraph/carriage returns in this review are removed by Valve when the review is posted.

Latte Stand Tycoon is a 2D retro pixel coffee making business tycoon game heavy with visual novel elements (and what's rule #0 of game design? That's right, if you can't tell the story interactively through the game mechanism itself, DON'T!).

Poorly written e-book components aside, the tycoon component has a modicum of depth as you need to get your recipe right and account for weather conditions that influence customer demand, as well as do some upgrading of your coffee stand. Having said that, it's still incredibly shallow compared to, you know, real tycoon games like the Rollercoaster games, Jurassic World, Cities Skylines, Tropico, etc etc... you know, the games this is competing on...
After not having sold a single latte in almost a hour of play, I looked for clarifications online. Apparently the gameplay consists of guessing the right amounts of coffee, milk and spice. The in-game hints as to how to do it are unclear to the least. Really bad game design.
